    Testosterone/Finger Theory

Testosterone theory or Finger theory by John Manning, is based on the fact that The fetal endocrine system is one of the first to develop during prenatal development. Within the first 18 months (9 months intrauterine), your endocrine system is designed. The amount of testosterone you were exposed to as a fetus defines your testosterone status.

By comparing your index and ring fingers (this ratio hasn’t changed from when you were about two years old), I can tell if you are likely to be successful in a corporation, as an entrepreneur, blogger, businessman, or salesperson or if you are likely to be a top athlete.

Or if you are a woman, I can tell you if being a mother is just good enough and will fulfil you or whether your testosterone status will give you so much drive to fulfil many more or just another role in your life.

The way you were raised and the conditioning you underwent make you confused about who you indeed are and what you truly want.

I believe that you are just perfect to be who you were designed to be, and the testosterone theory will help you understand more about yourself and accept yourself as who you are.

If you are a high-testosterone man, then you need sex at least once a day, which might not be the case for someone with low testosterone, where once a week will be enough.

If you have a high testosterone level, then running a corporation might not be the best scenario for you as your biochemistry and anger levels will work against you, affecting your decision-making.

Your testosterone status represents your biology. Psychology doesn’t scale; biology does.

It’s truly a noble thing for a man to accept his limits, know his non/negotiables, use his talents and be driven by a purpose.

There is no right or right, there is a real you.

  • The Dream Folder

    The Dream Folder

Many of us believe that once we have money, we can then decide what we want.

But the truth is, it’s the opposite. When you have a clear vision of your dreams and desires, your brain starts to work towards finding ways and opportunities to achieve them.

This is not magical thinking, it’s the science of attention.

Personally, I have a folder on my phone called «My Dreams» where I add everything I want in life. It’s a constant reminder and helps me stay focused.

I even had images of my future family before having my first child.

So, I encourage you all to start creating your own dreams folder and watch how your brain starts aligning things to make them come true.

See what’s in my dream folder ☺️

What are dreaming about ? 😍

  • WHAT YOU SEE IN OTHERS EXIST IN YOU

WHAT YOU SEE IN OTHERS EXIST IN YOU

What we perceive in others is oftentimes a reflection of who we are. When we look at the people around us, what we see is not other people, but parts of ourselves that exist within them – and it’s important to understand this.

So many of us focus on what we don’t like in other people, on the traits that are different from our own, and the ways they act or think that we don’t agree with.

But if we take a step back and look more deeply, we can recognize within ourselves the same qualities that we see in them. When we can accept and forgive our differences, we can begin to create an environment of understanding.

The same holds true for the traits that we admire in others. We may be envious of their talents or wealth, or think that they have qualities that we lack.

Yet in reality, these same attributes can be cultivated within us. By focusing on our strengths and the things that we want to emulate, we can manifest our own greatness.

Ultimately, what we see in others exists within ourselves. It is only when we understand that we are all connected and are part of a larger whole that we can come to accept our shared humanity.

We must look within and begin to rely on our own inner wisdom as a guide to understanding ourselves and the rest of the world.

So I leave you with these words.
